Robert Drysdale’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu expertise is available to students and Martial arts schools. Robert has dedicated his life to mastering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and transmitting his knowledge to others interested in learning the sport. Robert has been training, teaching, and competing with the best Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioners in the world on a full time basis since 1998.
Robert Drysdale speaks both fluent English and Portuguese. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a highly technical art and proper instruction calls for EXCELLENT communication skills. Sometimes when receiving Brazilian jiu-jitsu instruction from a person who speaks English as a second language communication can be difficult and strained. Please note that Robert holds an undergraduate degree and has successfully completed college level coursework in BOTH the USA and Brazil and he speaks and writes Brazilian Portuguese and English.
Hosting a One (1) Day Seminar:
- The seminar will be two to three hours of training.
- The cost of a one day seminar varies depending if you are an affililate school or not. Please contact email@example.com for prices.
Hosting a Two (2) Day Seminar:
- Each seminar should be between two to three hours of training each day.
Hotel accommodation and airfare are NOT included in the price; host must provide them and make all necessary arrangements.
Flights: Arrangements made and paid for by seminar host.
Transportation: Seminar host arranges to have someone meet Robert Drysdale at airport, drive to hotel, drive to seminar site and drive him to the airport on the departure day.
Advertising: Any and all promotional material for the seminar must be approved by the Academy before it is released to the public or the press. You may mail or e-mail your promotional material to the academy before the seminar date for approval. As soon as you book your seminar we will list it on our main website and help you to market the event.
Waivers: All seminar participants must sign a Release Form Liability Waiver. This is required for all seminars both within the United States and internationally. Make sure that the participants initial the small space on the front, and ask them to write clearly and legibly. Please fill in the necessary information and have it available on the days of the seminar. The waivers can either be given to Robert Drysdale at the seminar, or mailed to the Robert Drysdale Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy.
Seminar Guidelines: No personal video or audio recording equipment allowed. Robert Drysdale Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Reserves the right to film and record all seminars. In addition Robert Drysdale Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will retain and own ALL media rights to seminar film, audio, and photographic footage. Please ask students to take pictures during a break or after the seminar.
