All Classes are 60 minutes except for competition classes, which are 90 - 120 minutes. All classes are all ages unless specified.

Legends Executive Class

Legends Executive Classes 35 years +

Legends flock together.  This class is designed for your dads ad older men who still want to kick but and hit the mat, but are in it more for the fun then the competition.  Class is low to moderate intensity and instruction.

Judo

This Olympic modality is best known for it's spectacular throws.  This traditional Japanese Martial-Art will raise your self-esteem, teach you how to throw people all over the place while burning lots of calories in a fun and dynamic way.  Judo has always been a good option for people who want to learn to defend themselves without resorting to kicking and striking. Men, Women, and Children from ages 4 and above.

Adult Jiu-Jitsu Class

Our Jiu-Jitsu class for both Beginners and Advanced Belts. This is a free-for-all class where advanced belts and all competition levels alike can train together. Level of instruction is intermediate and the pace moderate in order to prepare student for a greater challenge on the mats! Teen+

Women's Program

Training with women, by women, and only for women! Drysdale BJJ is dedicated to support all women and celebrate their desire to want to learn jiu jitsu, self defense, and keep their bodies active. It's a communities responsibility to make sure women feel just as welcomed in this sport as men. Robert Drysdale and his women's program is on a mission to help encourage all women to get equal opportunity for the same hard work put in to their training.  All levels and ages are welcomed here.

Our Competition class is taught by Robert Drysdale personally and is for advanced belts only. The level of instruction and intensity is high as well as results! Blue Belt+ Teen+

Young Champions

Young Champions 4 years +

Our Children's Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to teach our youth a non-striking self-defense martial arts along with discipline, respect, and self-accountability.  Monday -Friday our young champions follow the Zenith Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Curriculum with a blend of cardio. We can't wait to see you child(ren) blossom in our program!!

4:30 Children’s Program

Our Little Ninja's Program allows your kids to get a taste of other forms of martial arts outside of Jiu-JItsu.  Monday-Friday our students will experience MMA, Wrestling, and Judo.  We hope this helps our members gain an insight to other available martial arts.

 

Combat Fitness

This fitness class is dedicated to strength and conditioning that consists of variable circuit training.  Led by Professional MMA Athlete Kyle Reyes, you're sure to slim down and your heart rate up! All are welcome! 

Beginners Brasa Jiu-Jitsu

Jiu Jitsu is for everyone.  This is a dynamic, fun and mentally engaging martial-arts has taken the world by storm for a reason. Here you will learn the fundamentals on how to out grapple anyone. Class is of a low intensity suitable for people who have no previous experience. 

Muai Thai Striking Class


Our striking classes are taught buy former fighters and trainers who have selected the most effective techniques on the map for you and your family to learn the best techniques while having an awesome time!  Class is designed for beginner and intermediate levels.  All are welcome!
