Gi vs No Gi in Jiu Jitsu What Is the Difference
Jiu Jitsu is commonly trained in two formats. Gi training uses a traditional uniform and emphasizes grip control and strategic pacing. No Gi removes those grips and increases speed and fluid transitions.
