After-School Program
Our After-School Program offers up to two hours of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and engaging activities Monday through Thursday, beginning at 4:00 PM, plus a one-hour Friday class at 4:00 PM. During this time, your child will have a great time being productive while developing many life skills to make them the best version of themselves.
Discipline and Focus
Our training places children in situations that they must follow along and pay attention to the details. They become better staying disciplined in everything they do and developing focus to complete tasks.
Confidence and Resilience
One of the greatest benefits Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has to offer is to improve a child’s belief in themselves. We work to show them that they are thriving in the face of adversity and that they can trust themselves to succeed or try again if they fail.
Fitness and Coordination
All of our students can improve their physical capabilities in our After-School Program. Our different drills, games, and activities will improve their strength, conditioning, flexibility, and much more.

We prioritize self-defense training for kids at Zenith BJJ. Our Jiu-Jitsu classes focus on helping children understand how to keep themselves safe and how to avoid dangerous situations.
