Last weekend was IBJJF No-GI worlds, this is one of if not the biggest tournament in all of jiu jitsu. We had 3 competitors from zenith headquarters win Worlds this year! Congratulations to Don, Nick, and coach Salua! Nick and coach Salua also got promoted to brown and black belts!

The Zenith team is excited and ready to compete at no gi worlds this week. We have visitors from all around the world training getting ready to compete.

We have a bunch of items back in stock including backpacks, and gi’s in all sizes!

Today in the 5:30 kids class coach faith taught a gi clock choke!

The gym will be closed December 23rd – December 25th and December 30th – January 1st due to Christmas and New Years.

Today in kids gi class coach Faith taught the kids how to break the closed guard and get back up!

This Thursday, Friday and Saturday the gym will be closed in order to observe the Thanksgiving holiday. Thursday there will be an open mat from 9-11 am! Happy holidays everyone!

We are having an injury prevention seminar from internationally known sports physical therapist DR Trent Nessler. The seminar will take place on December 6th at 6:30pm and will be free for all zenith students!
