Zenith jiu jitsu head coach Robert Drysdale went to career day at Vassiliadis elementary school! He spoke to the kids about the importance of discipline, honesty and accountability as well as the benefits and uses of Brazilian jiu jitsu!

Today was our Friday kids conditioning class today taught by coach Shawn. In the conditioning class the kids practice tiger wrestling as well as do exercise in order to get into proper fighting shape. Any kid who is serious about their BJJ and wants to compete is highly recommended to do the Friday conditioning class!
