Today in the kids striking class head Coach Robert Drysdale taught the kids some foot work drills! Footwork is a key aspect of striking and is impertinent to any fighter!

Today in the 4:30 kids class head coach Robert Drysdale taught the kids how to shoot and finish a double leg takedown!

Zenith jiu jitsu head coach Robert Drysdale went to career day at Vassiliadis elementary school! He spoke to the kids about the importance of discipline, honesty and accountability as well as the benefits and uses of Brazilian jiu jitsu!

Today was our Friday kids conditioning class today taught by coach Shawn. In the conditioning class the kids practice tiger wrestling as well as do exercise in order to get into proper fighting shape. Any kid who is serious about their BJJ and wants to compete is highly recommended to do the Friday conditioning class!

Happy Halloween! Everyone at Zenith is ready start the Halloween activities even Kobe is dressed up!

The third round of the Nevada Brazilian jiu jitsu federation is coming up! The tournament is going to take place on November 11th at Freedom classical academy at 777 E Ann road, North Las Vegas. We highly recommend all Zenith athletes register to compete. All competitors at the NBJJF are guaranteed at least two matches…

Today was the kids striking class. In this picture the kids are practicing their push kicks. Kids striking class is taught by Robert Drysdale every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30-5:30pm.
