The Zenith team invites you to our annual Halloween party! The party will be on October 27th from 6:30-8PM at Zenith HQ (2000 s rainbow blvd suite 108). There will be food games and prizes and feel free to wear your best Halloween costume!

The area of focus this week at Zenith Jiu Jitsu is takedowns with todays move of the day being the single leg takedown. Professor Robert Drysdale taught a single leg takedown with extra details to help secure the takedown!

The belt ceremony at our affiliate Fight For Us jiu jitsu had a great turn out thank you to everyone who came. Everyone from the team had a lot of fun!
