Did you know we don’t just teach Brazilian jiu jitsu? We also teach striking classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 4-5 for kids and 7-8 for adults!

Armbar From Closed Guard

Today in the adults 6pm class coach Robert Drysdale taught the arm bar from closed guard and made sure everyone could do the move to near perfection.

To start the new year coming ups we are excited to announce a new location at 1246 S rainbow blvd. this location is only a few minutes away from our current location but will be much nicer with all the modern conveniences. in order to make this move we will be closed from December 23rd…

World Champions!

Last weekend was IBJJF No-GI worlds, this is one of if not the biggest tournament in all of jiu jitsu. We had 3 competitors from zenith headquarters win Worlds this year! Congratulations to Don, Nick, and coach Salua! Nick and coach Salua also got promoted to brown and black belts!
